Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please carefully review our return policy before buying.

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your item or request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, and you will need to ensure the item is sent back to us within the 14-day period.

Restocking Fees
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If applicable, the fee will be communicated to you when you contact us for a return.

Price Adjustments
We do not accept returns for the purpose of receiving a price adjustment. If an item goes on sale after you purchase it, you cannot return the item and repurchase it at the sale price.

Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to, sale items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), Hair Products, Fragrance Items, Bath and Body Products, and Jewelry. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase, as these items are not eligible for returns. Any items purchased with a DICOUNT CODE will be FINAL SALE.  No exceptions will be made

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at soakandstyles@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping instructions and address details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase and, once the return is processed, make a new purchase for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at soakandstyles@hotmail.com.
